Unlike barrows moulded in Polyethylene or Polypropylene, steel barrows can be used to transport very hot materials, such as tar. For such applications - and indeed for many traditionalists - there is no alternative to steel. Many will say that a well-made heavy duty barrow has a uniquely reassuring pedigree. The 100 ltr deep-drawn tray, fashioned from heavy-duty steel sheeting, is securely welded to the chassis and, since there are no bolts through the floor of the tray, it is completely flush, ideal to shovel out of, and easy to clean.
As all SiteBlazers, the 450 is supremely well built and will outlast numerous of its ordinary, black navvy type builders' barrows.
